Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Audi collection, you may return it for an exchange or refund at any time.  When possible, please return your purchase in its original packaging.  Vehicle accessories are warranted against manufacturer defects for one year.

To ensure proper handling of your return, please call our customer service center at 888-456-AUDI (2834) to obtain a Return Authorization number. We cannot accept returns if a Return Authorization number is not obtained
