Bob- if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it at any time for a full refund or an exchange. It sound like you may need a replacement.

Does not keep liquids hot very long. The cover leaks significantly if tilted off vertical. The cover also leaks if not screwed on VERY tightly (spilled a few times on my dress shirt). I would pick the Thermos version if I had it to over again. This product "looks" cool, and functions "OK", but not great. It does not live up to the Audi reputation.
